Hansa C16c Petrol Gravity-Fed Compact Chipper

The most small and powerful chipper on the market, capable of fitting through a regular doorway. Because of its compact size, it may be readily manoeuvred and operated in regions with limited access. With a chipping capacity of 110 mm and a width of approximately 650mm, the C16c is the ideal answer for contractors wishing to boost production on tough sites.

The strong 16HP Briggs and Stratton Vanguard engine powers the C16c. An industrial quality engine that is simple to start. We conducted extensive engine match testing to guarantee that the C16c's capabilities are perfectly balanced with the power output of the 16HP Vanguard engine. This ensures the chipper's and engine's strong performance for a long time.

The C16c provides exceptional self-feeding performance. The cutting disc weighs 50 kg and revolves at 2000 RPM, providing self-perpetuating inertia. The draught created by the winged cutting disc quickly and effectively sucks leaves into the machine through the 170 x 220 mm infeed hole. The 1485mm outlet chute height enables the user to load chip onto a trailer, truck or stockpile.

Engineered and built in New Zealand using high-quality components to last a lifetime. Soft Start Technology engages the belts between the engine and the cutting disc for smooth operation and protects the engine from stress loading.
Longevity is ensured by the use of steel and a durable powdercoated finish with zinc shield rust prevention.

By removing two bolts on the housing, you have easy access for routine repair and maintenance. The two A8 modified steel knives are extremely durable and may be sharpened up to ten times. Simply remove the belt guard to have access to the belts.

All tractors, riders and woodchippers are delivered personally by one of our experienced team, therefore we are only able to delivery to you if you are located within one of the postcodes listed at the bottom of this section.

We will contact you to arrange the delivery date, usually within 1-2 working days of order. We need to allow at least 7-10 days for our warehouse to build and PDI most machines and then schedule when a driver is available.
